Why we built it
ARC Beacon was built to give fleet operators a single place to monitor connected vehicles and day-to-day fleet activity. The product brings vehicle location, operational status, alerts, trips, drivers, maintenance, and geofences into one system. Its focus is real-time visibility without requiring teams to switch between separate fleet tools.
The problem it solves
Fleet teams need to know where vehicles are, whether they are active, moving, parked, or offline, and when operational events require attention. Without a centralized view, vehicle activity, geofence events, maintenance information, and alerts can become fragmented across different workflows. ARC Beacon organizes this information around the fleet and its vehicles.
Benefits & impact
The dashboard provides a real-time fleet overview with vehicle status, a live map, recent alerts, and fleet activity in one interface. Operators can manage vehicles, drivers, trips, maintenance, geofences, facilities, reports, and team access from the same product. This gives teams a clearer operational view and makes it easier to identify events that need attention.
Scaling it further
ARC Beacon can scale across additional vehicles, facilities, drivers, and fleet teams while keeping them within the same management structure. Its facility and organization controls provide a foundation for managing more complex fleet operations. Additional integrations could connect the platform with other systems used for fleet operations and reporting.
Future features
Future development could include richer fleet analytics, configurable alert rules, deeper maintenance workflows, and expanded integration support. Live-map functionality could also provide more detailed trip and vehicle context. Reporting and geofence capabilities could be extended to give fleet teams more control over operational monitoring.
