Why we built it

Website Studio was built to let new pages be created and styled directly from the admin, without touching code for every new page or section. Prebuilt section components can be picked, arranged and customized per page from a single dashboard.

The problem it solves

Building a new page or landing site usually means a developer wiring up markup and styling for every section. Teams need a way to assemble pages from existing components, set a different theme per page, and edit content without waiting on a code deploy.

Benefits & impact

Website Studio gives full control over page assembly from the admin — select and configure the prefab section components a page needs, set a distinct theme (colors, typography, layout) per page, and edit content and design independently of the codebase.

Scaling it further

The component-based approach scales to more section types, themes and pages without added engineering overhead, since new pages are composed from the existing component library rather than built from scratch.

Future features

Potential future directions include a wider section component library, drag-and-drop page composition, versioning/rollback for published pages, and role-based publishing controls.
